Click on the panorama, or on the cross button, the automatic rotation will stop and you can do the rotation manually at the speed you like,by clicking and dragging with the mouse in the direction you choose. To restart the automatic rotation clik on the botton with the square logo.
The two buttons + and - are the command for the zoom-view. They can be used only in the manual rotation mode, after clicking them point the mouse where you'd like to see detail of the picture more closely.
